Each package includes a specified number of revisions. Revisions must remain within the original project scope. Major changes or new requirements may be treated as additional work and may incur additional charges.
Estimated delivery times depend on the project’s complexity, scope, and client responsiveness. Delays in receiving required information or feedback may affect the delivery timeline.
Clients must ensure that all materials they provide are legally owned or licensed for use. Medixora Design is not responsible for copyright or intellectual-property issues arising from materials supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership and usage rights for the final approved work are transferred according to the terms of the purchased service.
Medixora Design may retain rights to preliminary concepts, unused drafts, working files, or internal production materials unless otherwise agreed.
Unless a confidentiality agreement or written restriction applies, Medixora Design may display completed work in its portfolio, website, social media, or promotional materials.
We respect confidential project information and will take reasonable steps to protect information that clients identify as confidential.
You may not use our website or services for unlawful activities, copyright infringement, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable laws.
Medixora Design will make reasonable efforts to provide professional services but will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our services.
