At Medixora Design, we aim to provide high-quality 3D design services and a professional client experience. Because our services involve custom creative work, the following Refund Policy applies.
Our 3D design services are customized according to each client’s requirements. Once work has started, payments may generally be non-refundable because time and creative resources have already been committed to the project.
If a client requests cancellation before project work has started, a refund may be considered depending on the circumstances and any applicable processing fees.
Once design, modeling, rendering, animation, or other project work has started, refunds may be reduced or unavailable based on the amount of work completed.
Payments for completed and delivered projects are generally non-refundable once the final files have been approved or delivered.
If the delivered work requires changes within the agreed project scope, we will provide revisions according to the selected package. Revisions are not considered grounds for a refund.
Major changes, new concepts, additional scenes, or requirements outside the original agreement may require additional payment and are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will generally not be provided due to delays caused by missing information, late feedback, unavailable client materials, or failure to respond to project communications.
If a client accidentally makes a duplicate payment, the duplicate amount may be refunded after verification, subject to applicable payment-processing fees.
If you believe there is a significant issue with the service provided, please contact us within a reasonable period after delivery. We will review the situation and work with you toward an appropriate resolution.
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.
